MOC Responsibilities:
- Makes the final vendor follow ups & confirmations
- Directs event rehearsal
- Creates & manages event timeline
- Manages activities day of event
- Is direct contact person day of event
Restrictions
- Maximum (6) vendors
- Maximum 90 minutes of event rehearsal
- Package must be booked at least (60) days in advance
- Based on date availability
- Event location must be in the immediate Panhandle area jurisdiction
- No cash back on unused amount
- Valid for The Month of Coordinator (MOC) who will manage the events of the special wedding day. (1) 60 minute meeting & (1) 30 minute meeting
- Voucher(s) will expire 01-31-2026
