About The Course

Opened in 1980, Mount Airy Golf Club is truly like no other course you’ve ever played before. Designed by architect Hal Purdy after Sport’s Illustrated’s “The Best 18 Golf Holes in America”, each hole is modeled after golf’s most legendary holes from Championship courses throughout the United States.

Famous holes from dynamic courses such as Pebble Beach, Oakland Hills, Merion and Augusta National have been reinterpreted and redesigned for Mount Airy’s course.

The result is over 6,500 yards of stunning fairways, picturesque view and outstanding golf course conditions expected at private country clubs.

Looks aside, the 72.4/132 rated golf course is a true test of skill for every level golfer that takes on the challenge. Numerous ponds, streams, hazards and elevation changes make for a great test of your game.

Certified in 2018 by Audubon International, Mount Airy’s Golf Course is a steward for environmental sustainability, protecting our environment while preserving the natural heritage of the game of golf. And, since the course itself is on the grounds of Mount Airy Casino Resort, you have a great set of amenities at your disposal before and after your round. The club house has the panache of a private club with a full-service bar and restaurant, locker room and shower facility and a fully stocked pro shop that carries most of golf’s major brands.  Enjoy a cold beverage and have lunch on our outdoor patio overlooking our beautiful pond and amazing casino.
